The constant motion of the sea churns the whiskey, increasing its interaction with the wood of the barrel. Extreme weather ranging from the coldest of coldest to the warmest of temperatures hyper-ages the liquid in ways no rickhouse could. BOOKER'S $17 Booker’s focuses on the sweet spot. The center of the rackhouse where the temperature and humidity stars align to create the deepest and most intense flavors. Once it’s aged to perfection, which always varies, the liquid is bottled uncut and unfiltered. Booker’s does not add or water down and they do not apologize for it. For some people, it may be too much. But for true bourbon fans, it’s probably the best ever.

JOURNEYMAN LAST FEATHER RYE $11
This flagship product and one of the few wheat heavy rye whiskies on the market has a beautiful balance of the spice of rye and sweetness of wheat. One of three rye whiskies produced at Journeyman to have been served a cease and desist for its original name. The name Last Feather was adorned to this whiskey after that unfortunate bout with lawyers after being left with nothing more than the “Last Feather” of the original name. Every bottle now bears an “RR” as a small tip of the cap back to the original name, never to be whispered aloud.
