It is hard to narrow it down to one person, but I would say my first Director of Sales, LorieWasilawski, had the greatest impact on my career. At the time I wasn’t even interested in sales, and she encouraged me to take the Sales Coordinator Position. I learned so much about the sales process, that I quickly progressed to Sales Manger. She not only provided the tools necessary to be successful but invested in my personal and professional growth. I was given an untouched market, met with challenges, and every step of the way she allowed me to find my way to success.
