Sanaida Goodner, former Regional Director of Sales with Atrium, was the mentor I didn’t know I needed.When I transferred to Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas with only six months Business Travel experience, she didn’t just help me to develop the tools I needed to be successful in a larger BT market, she also did it with a leadership style that focused on building confidence. She is the kind of leader anyone would be lucky to have in their corner.
