Guarantee All animals are sold to be guaranteed breeders. Bulls will pass a breeding soundness exam prior to delivery. Feeding and Delivery Bulls are kept until May 10th free of charge. After that there will be a $4/day charge. Free delivery up to 300 miles and will work with you after that. Liability Any person attending the sale does so at their own risk. Neither the owners or any person connected with this sale assumes any liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents or injuries that happen on the ranch. Bidding Procedures • Visit www.dvauction.com and register! • Create an account at www.dvauction.com under the “Create New Account” tab. • Apply for bidding by clicking “Apply for Bidding” in the upper left corner of you screen at least 24 hours prior to the auction. • Tune into the sale and make your purchase. It will be online-only on DVAuction. com. Please call if you have any questions on the format. If any lot is bid on with 5 minutes prior to 7 p.m. CDT, April 7, the bidding will be extended for an additional 5 minutes on all lots. Bidding will then close when there are no bids placed on any lots for a period of 5 minutes. Sale Terms All terms will follow the terms set by the Red Angus Association of America available at bit.ly//RAAASaleTerms. Terms are cash or check unless prior arrangements have been made and no animals will be released from the ranch until full payment is made.

How they work: This means that bidders will be able to preview the lots online with complete information, including their pedigree, EPDs and possibly a video, for several days prior to the sale. During that time, bidders can leave a maximum bid which the system will represent confidentially up to that amount. Bidders can also bid incrementally as the bid advances prior to the close. All lots will close at the same time. Bidding will be extended if a bid is placed on any lot near the closing time. Bidding will officially close when there are no bids placed within a 5-minute period of time.
