In 2011 I travelled to Barcelona to learn and train in Silhouette Soft threads. My motivation at the start was hoping to find a solution for rejuvenating lower face because I didn't have a solution which would work for my patients beyond a dermal filler. But soon it became obvious that Silhouette soft is more than just a lower face solution, they enable me to sculpt facial contours with unparalleled accuracy. Silhouette Soft consisting of resorbable suture with moulded cones made of a resorbable material, which allows the control and flexibility needed to address all aesthetic concerns—from sagging skin to facial asymmetries and let's not forget dull skin.
