What do people need to know about you? I’ve been with Sinclair for 3.5 years, recently becoming National Account Manager for Lanluma and Silhouette Soft. Sinclair have a diverse, exciting, and innovative aesthetic injectables portfolio and we wanted to ensure that all brands such as Lanluma and Silhouette Soft, which are more clinically advanced products, have the right clinical and educational focus and support they need along with our clinicians, and partners.

What’s your background in aesthetics been?
17 years ago, I started in Sales and have worked with various hyaluronic acid brands from dermal fillers to neuromodulators and more! I have been involved with product launches, business development and clinical training. I also spent 3 years in surgical, which gave me a great insight into this side of the aesthetic business. I have a real passion for this sector and love how fast paced and dynamic the industry is and how quickly Sinclair can adapt. What are you most excited about this year? Supporting our partners! Patients want a more personalised approach and are seeking more bespoke treatment plans. As a result, combination treatments are increasing in popularity. Sinclair are delighted to offer a product portfolio through which all needs are met i.e. innovation in HA with MaiLi, regenerative treatments with Ellansé and collagen stimulating threads Silhouette Soft.
The body market is growing and the newest exciting innovation in our portfolio is collagen stimulating filler Lanluma, winner of the prestigious Best Injectable Body Filler award at AMWC. We also launched our energy-based device division into the UK, which complements our injectable range. fantastic, experienced, and enthusiastic team at Sinclair as well as working with our partners at prestigious "I am excited to be working with a medical bodies such as the BACN, JAN and training providers such as Cosmetic Courses."
What do you think are some of the big changes or challenges happening in the industry? Lack of regulation and non-medics performing aesthetic procedures. This causes complications which in turn generates negative media coverage of aesthetics and the industry. I feel there is poor public awareness about the dangers and the importance to go to a medical practitioner. However, the industry is taking steps towards regulation and consistently driving education to the patient. Tell us about one of your personal passions or hobbies Travel, I love to see the world, explore new places, experience different cultures!
