MASTERTHERM HEAT PUMPS HAS DELIVERED A SMOOTH AND SEAMLESS PROJECT, ON TIME AND TO BUDGET WHILE SETTING UCD LYONS FARM UP TO ACHIEVE SIGNIFICANT CARBON SAVINGS…
A wide range of equipment including heat pumps, buffer tanks and domestic hot water cylinders were supplied to UCD Lyons Farm by MasterTherm Heat Pumps Ltd. The Blackrock-based company also supported the design of plant rooms and integrated controls at the teaching and research facility, as well as offering hands-on technical support to ensure a seamless set-up and thorough system commissioning. Close co-operation with consultancy Colman Reynolds Associates and M&E contractor Kerrigan Mechanical Ltd resulted in an exceptionally smooth and seamless project, delivered on time and to budget while setting the site up to achieve significant carbon savings into the future.
Remote connectivity facilitates monitoring and managing of MasterTherm’s heat pump systems in real time, allowing technicians to quickly identify any issues or irregularities and take immediate corrective action. Continuous monitoring ensures all components of the heat pump system are functioning as intended, while data is gathered on system performance and energy usage to optimise the operation of the systems, improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Remote access also enables MasterTherm to provide proactive maintenance, schedule regular servicing and troubleshoot issues without the need for physical presence on site. Vincent Broderick, Head of Business
Development for MasterTherm Heat Pumps Ltd, said, “It is always gratifying to see a project come to fruition from the early design phase to installation, and finally with systems running smoothly as planned. “Most importantly, it’s a joy to see clients happy with the comfort levels achieved and the cost savings due to efficient operation. “This collaborative effort has undoubtedly resulted in a project of exceptional quality that exceeds expectations and showcases the power of effective partnership and cooperation in achieving success.” MasterTherm specialises in the design and delivery of bespoke heat pump projects, providing a comprehensive range of air, ground and water-source heat pumps tailored to meet the unique needs of its clients.
