Application located on ADP – Tools/References or go online and signup. Optum Bank Welcome Kit will be sent 7 to 10 business days from the date enrollment materials are received. Debit Card will arrive in a separate mailing. HSA materials are mailedseparately from health planmaterials. After logging on to your account for the first time, you will be prompted to provide your email address. You’ll receive an Optum Bank bi-monthly newsletter with tips for helping you to make the most of your healthcare dollars.
