401k Retirement Savings Plan The Lupin 401k Retirement Savings Plan offers an easy way to save for your future through payroll deductions. For new hires, you will be able to register and receive a packet of information from T. Rowe Price (TRP) after you receive your first paycheck. You are eligible to participate in the plan the first of the month following your new hire date and are at least 21 years old. Lupin matches 100% of the first 3% of savings deferred and then matches 50% of the next 3% deferred up to 6%. Vesting refers to your right of ownership to the money in your account. You are immediately vested in all contributions and earnings.
Default Investment Fund Option
You have the right to direct the investment of your retirement plan contributions by choosing from the available fund options within the TRP website. If you do not actively select your investments, your contributions will be invested in a target date fund based upon your retirement age.
