Long-term care services — assistance with things like basic personal tasks of everyday life, such as help bathing, dressing, using the toilet and eating — can get expensive. This benefit through YourCare360 allows you to use 4% of the life insurance death benefit for up to 25 months to cover personal and custodial care in a variety of settings such as your home, community, or other facility. Averitt associates between the ages of 18 and 75 and spouses between the ages of 18 and 70 may apply. Your rate is locked in based upon your age at the time of the effective date of the application.
