KICK COVID-19 TO THE CURB Aside from keeping up to date on your COVID-19 vaccines and boosters, testing is another important way to protect yourself and your family from the virus. Up to eight rapid, at-home, USFDA-approved tests are covered per month by our medical plan. Simply pick up a COVID-19 test at your local pharmacy and present your BCBS card. HELP WITH HEARING Hearing loss can occur at any age and can negatively impact your quality of life. Your medical plan provides coverage for hearing exams, hearing aid devices and hearing loss services for you and your dependents. Our Traditional Health Plan covers hearing aids once per ear every three years at 100% in-network. Hearing aids are subject to the deductible in the High Deductible Health Plan. Members age 18 and over are limited to a maximum cost of $5,000, with no limit for members under the age of 18. Coverage includes the initial purchase of hearing aids* plus the repair, adjustment or replacement of covered equipment.
