2023 Mentorship Program

A Great Career Grows with Guidance, Support, and Advocacy

With mentorship, you don’t have to navigate life and career challenges on your own. Here at Trinity, we believe in supporting our people through their journey. One of the ways in which we accomplish this is through our Mentorship Program. Every year, we invite people to volunteer to be a mentor or apply to be a mentee. We pair our mentors and mentees with the goal of helping each other find purpose and meaning at work, in life, and in everything they do.
