Tien Chin Yu Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd. of Taiwan has recently opened a UK subsidiary to directly serve its long established and ever-growing customer base. TCY Machinery UK is based on its own premises near Leeds, Yorkshire. The UK operation now takes care of new ma- chine sales and after-sales matters, with a particular focus on parts supply, service and technical support. “We continue to grow our global presence and estab- lishing a direct operation in such an important market was a key part of that growth,” said TCY Owner and Gener- al Manager, Ken Hsiao. “Investing in our own warehouse demonstrates our commitment to our customers and will mean a faster and more streamlined spare parts and tech- nical support service.
