Introduction from Matthew Brewster, Director of Estates Thank you for your interest in the Head of Projects Delivery role at London Metropolitan University. Now is an exciting time to be joining the University to take up this role. We have embarked on an organisational change programme which has seen a transformation of the Estates department over the last several years with the recruitment of a new leadership team together with a number of brilliant colleagues joining us in important roles across the areas of estate development, space management, estates operations, health & safety, hospitality & events and business services. Furthermore we launched the Estates Strategy in April 2022, which sees the University commit to bold and large scale investments of £180 million over the next ten years, in order to develop our buildings, physical and digital infrastructure. If you are inspired to join a dynamic and purposeful team and play a leading role in delivery of a capital investment programme that will transform the estate and environment for our students, staff and visitors, I look forward to hearing from you.
