P ennsylvania Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designs 14-story, 260,000 s/f office tower AREP, Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corp. & Partners Group announce Conshohocken groundbreaking

ONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Amer i can Real Estate Part- ners (AREP) , Oliver Ty- rone Pulver Corporation (OTP) , and PartnersGroup , a global investment manager, announce the groundbreak- ing of Seven Tower Bridge, a 14-story, 260,000 s/f of- fice tower scheduled to open in November 2020 in Con- shohocken, the premier sub- urban hub in Philadelphia. The partnership has secured a lease with Hamilton Lane, a global private markets asset management firm, to occupy 130,000 s/f of Seven Tower Bridge beginning in 2021. "Our community has worked closely with develop- ers, businesses, and citizens to bring smart growth and great prosperity to our bor- ough. Over four levels of underground parking, the first office floor is 50 feet above grade, offering unobstructed views and natural light. Other amenities include riverfront walking paths, a 30-mile bike trail, fitness center, bike room and two nearbyMarriott hotels.
