Since 2011, LAN’s Ericksen grew up in Cha- tham and graduated in 2019 from Rutgers University with an undergraduate degree in Political Science. Prior to join- ing NAI James E. Hanson, Er- icksen served as a summer as- sociate with Pfizer Inc., where he focused on global research and development compliance operations. Previously, Erick- associate specializing in office sales and leasing in northern New Jersey.

Panicucci has taken calcu- lated risks in pursuing new core competencies with high return on investment poten- tial. He has an open-mind and an open-door policy toward employees approaching him with ideas for potential rev- enue streams. This has served LAN well and contributed to the expansion of services and an increase in the value LAN offers its clients. Under Panicucci’s leadership LAN has developed a full land sur- veying department, expanded its offering in environmental and regulatory compliance services, developed a full me- chanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) division, and created marketing and corporate cul- ture departments. 

His new responsibilities will incorporate implementing field activities, evaluation of field data, remedial design and report preparation to help maintain EWMA as one of the premier environmental reme- diation and consulting firms in New Jersey. Brianna Tramutolo Elevated to Environmental Scientist I Tramutolo began as an in- tern at EWMA and has quickly risen through the ranks to environmental scientist—a promotion that further demon- strates EWMA’s commitment to cultivating internal growth. Tramutolo's new role will be to offer support for task- oriented projects, large-scale remediation cases and com- piling reports to help EWMA continue to be a strong client advocate with comprehensive service offerings. 

PARSIPPANY , NJ — EWMA announced the promo- tion of three employees to key roles within the firm. Nicholas DiVincent Named Assistant Project Manager DiVincent has been in the en- vironmental field for over five years and with EWMA for three years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He is most experienced in site re- mediation projects on commer- cial and industrial properties. DiVincent’s project experience includes characterization and remediation of contamination in soil, groundwater and vapor. DiVincent’s main responsi- bilities will deal with assisting project managers as well as managing his own projects. Andrew Truman Promoted to Senior Environmental Scientist Congratulations go out to Truman, who has been el- evated to senior environmental scientist. Truman has been in the environmental industry for eight years and has worked on a variety of projects including superfund sites and beach fill restoration projects with the HOBOKEN, NJ — The Ur- ban Land Institute-North- ern New Jersey (ULI-NNJ) has awarded 7 Seventy House a 2019 Excellence Award in recognition of the responsible development tactics and smart growth practices utilized to conceptualize and complete the upscale 424-home rental build- ing in the City of Hoboken, NJ. The honor was presented to the team behind the project, led by developer Bijou Properties and its partner Interconti- nental Real Estate Corpora- tion and Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects (MHS) dur- ing ULI-NNJ’s annual award gala held November 7th at the Westmont Country Club in Woodland Park. The property was honored in the “250,000 to 499,999 s/f” category. Members of the development team at 7 Seventy House, a 424-home rental building in Hoboken, NJ, receive a 2019 Excellence Award for Sustainable Development from ULI-NNJ during its annual gala held at the Westmont County Club in Woodland Park, N.J. Seventy was cited for “Sustain- able Development.” Located at 770 Jackson St., 7 Seventy House is a multi- faceted mix-use project that was developed in conjunction with a two-acre resiliency park donated by Bijou Properties and Intercontinental Real Es- tate Corporation to Hoboken. 
