Notifications by Email If you would like to receive emails about activities as well as correspondence from the Board of Directors and the General Manager, please provide your email address below. (We can accept two email addresses per owner.) Provide email address: Owner #1__________________________________________________________________ Owner #2__________________________________________________________________ Approval for Email Distribution of Association Disclosure Documents In addition, State of California Law requires Home Owner Associations distribute to their owners by first class U.S. Mail, or other methods of delivery, an Annual Budget Report and an Annual Policy Statement, including such documents as the Annual Financial Statement, Reserve Funding Plan, Collections Policy, Alternative Dispute Resolution rights, etc. Certain legal notices must also be mailed, unless the homeowner has authorized receipt of these documents via email delivery. Please consider authorizing email distribution of these documents! By doing so, you are not only going green and savings trees, but you are saving the Association the substantial expense of copying, postage and supply costs, helping to keep Association costs and assessments down. Another benefit : You get the documents immediately. If mailed, they are addressed to your official address of record. If you live out of state, out of country, have your mail forwarded when at the resort or travelling, receipt of these documents could be significantly delayed. Lastly : All lot owners, their spouse or significant other, may receive their own email copy. If mailed, the documents are sent to just one designated owner. Please sign below to authorize receipt of Association notices, disclosures and other documentation via email, rather than in hard copy, as permitted under California Law. By signing below, you agree that it is your responsibility to notify the Association if your email address should change.
