Our Mission is to strengthen organizational readiness, enhance emergency preparedness, and ensure business continuity across all healthcare facilities. Message from the Readiness & Business Continuity Department - Al Ain Region Manager
Mr. Khaled Ateeq Al Dhaheri
The Readiness & Business Continuity Department continues to play a crucial role in strengthening preparedness and resilience across our healthcare facilities. In 2025, our focus remained on enhancing emergency readiness, improving incident command capabilities, and advancing business continuity practices to support safe and reliable operations. Through structured training, targeted awareness, and coordinated exercises, we worked to equip staff with the knowledge and confidence needed to respond effectively to any emergency. Our collaboration with regional and external partners further supported a unified and resilient response framework.
This Annual Book reflects the achievements, emergency readiness activities, and strategic initiatives led by the Readiness & Business Continuity Department during 2025.
Our team remains committed to improving preparedness, strengthening resilience, and ensuring effective response across the healthcare facility.
This Report highlights the major achievements, exercises, trainings, and readiness initiatives conducted by the Readiness & Business Continuity Department throughout the year.

Mr.Khaled Ateeq Al Dhaheri Readiness & Business Continuity Manager Khaled Al Dhaheri is a healthcare operations leader with over 19 years extensive experience across Readiness & Business Continuity, Business Operations and Patient Service across Al Ain Region hospitals. He has led large multidisciplinary teams, managed hospital activation projects including STMC Activation. Moreover, overseen BCM implementation, emergency preparedness, and compliance initiatives as well as managing operator function including hospital emergency hotline. Certified in SEHA leader, Strategic management in healthcare and ISO 22301:2019 Security and Resilience BCMS. Mr. Mohammed Mussabeh Al Kaabi Senior Specialist - Readiness & Business Continuity Mohammed Alkaabi is a skilled senior Readiness & Business Specialist with strong experience in enhancing organizational resilience & ensuring uninterrupted operation. He specializes in risk assessment, emergency preparedness & developing effective business continuity plans aligned with SEHA requirements such as NCEMA 7000-2021. Known for leading exercises, emergency preparedness & building capabilities. He is dedicated to building a proactive, resilient & well-prepared operational environment. Mrs. Azza Ali Al Saedi Senior Specialist - Readiness & Business Continuity Azza Al Saedi is Senior Specialist in Readiness and Business Continuity in Al Ain with over 19 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Certified ISO 22301 Business Continuity Auditor with strong expertise in organizational readiness, incident response, and Business Continuity Management Systems. Trained in ICS-100 and Hospital Incident Command System, with active involvement in audits, training programs, and emergency exercises to support preparedness and continuity of critical services.
Mr. Yousef Al Theeb Al Shamsi Senior Specialist - Readiness & Business Continuity
Yousef Al Theeb Al Shamsi has A healthcare operations professional with over 17 years of experience in Patient Affairs and Human Resources, contributing to improved service quality and workforce efficiency. Recently joined the Readiness & Business Continuity team, supported by certifications in ISO 22301:2019, Risk Management, and Incident Command System (ICS-100), enhancing organizational preparedness and ensuring continuity of critical healthcare services during emergencies.
Mr. Hamid Juma Al Blooshi Senior Specialist - Readiness & Business Continuity Hamid Al Balushi is a healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience in the medical field and has recently joined the Readiness & Business Continuity team. He holds professional training and certifications in Risk Management, MIMMS, CBRNE, ISO 22301:2019, and ICS-100, supporting emergency preparedness and continuity of healthcare services.
Mr. Ali Mohammed Al Mansoori Readiness & Business Continuity Officer Ali Mohammed Al Mansoori built a solid career path since 2010, developing extensive experience across various professional roles. With specialized expertise in business continuity and crisis management since 2017, he previously served as a Business Continuity Officer at SEHA Corporate and is recognized as a Lead Auditor for the Business Continuity Management System, contributing significantly to organizational resilience and strategic readiness.
Ms. Alyazia Ali Al Farsi Readiness & Business Continuity Officer
Alyazia Alfarsi is a dedicated Readiness & Business Continuity professional with solid experience in emergency management, BCM implementation, and healthcare operational preparedness . She actively supports incident command structures, risk assessments, non-clinical codes management, and compliance with ISO 22301 and organizational BCM requirements. With a strategic mindset, she continuously drives improvements that enhance resilience, operational readiness, and service continuity across the healthcare network.

Awareness sessions across all healthcare facilities. With
continuous online and face-to-face training efforts. The total number of staff who attended these awareness sessions exceeded 2,000 employees, reflecting strong engagement and a growing culture of readiness across the organization.
