The members of the Career Women’s Golf Organization are looking forward to spring and the resumption of our events and play days and the members of your Board (pictured) are busy planning! Our first spring event is the Rules of Golf Clinic at Arlington on Saturday, March 9th in the Fort Richardson Room. Please register by clicking here . Participants will be split into two groups – one for rule basics and one for more experienced players. This is a fun way to get to know members of the CWGO and to brush up on those pesky rules (when do I get a free drop and when do I not!?). Our Annual Spring Kick-Off 9-hole scramble is on April 6th at Arlington. Please register by clicking here . This event includes a lunch and our business meeting, followed by a shotgun start at 2:00 PM. We’d love to see as many of our old and new members at these events as possible! ARFAX
ARFAX is the Arlington-Fairfax Women’s Golf Association that offers inter-club play in Arlington, Fairfax, Loundon and Prince William counties. We play team matches through April and May and tournaments throughout the spring and summer season. The cost to join is low and registration is ongoing.
