Fitness Center Open Hours Monday through Friday: 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM Standard Classes Toning & Abs (Hybrid)

Group Fitness Classes For our group exercise classes, you have the option to subscribe one month at a time or ongoing, or to register for single classes. Please click here to learn more and register today!

We’ll work all major muscle groups with options for dumbells (or other weights), tubing, and sometimes body weight.

Forever Fit (Hybrid)

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00 PM (45 minutes) Work onbalance, flexibility, and light strengthening. It will be helpful to have a chair and a couple of light weights.

Pop-Up Classes Monthly and individual rates vary. Standard Classes Monthly Rate: $35/month Individual Class Rate: $15

Circuit Challenge (In Person)

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM A combination of Step aerobics, full-body toning, and Pilates! This class is offered in-studio only and is not available on Zoom.

Specialty Classes Monthly Rate:$50/month Individual Class Rate: $20

Specialty Classes

Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30 AM The Wednesday class will incorporate the use of the stability ball! Gain core strength, balance and more! Pilates (Hybrid) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:00 AM Inviting gentle poses for a full-body restorative practice. We will warm and stretch our muscles with foundational postures with many options for adjustments and modifications. Gentle Yoga (Hybrid)

Power Yoga (Hybrid)

Wednesdays at 6:00 PM This is a physically challenging class for all levels. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Get ready to sweat!

Yoga Fusion (Hybrid)

This class includes a warm-up, vinyasa flow the strength training with yoga poses followed by stretching, cooldown and relaxation. Saturdays at 8:30 AM
