Customer response time will also be accelerated. Because of Provenir’s global capabilities, the company will be able to easily expand into other countries. Provenir cloud solutions will initially be set up in two major markets. Individual systems will support compliance with country-specific regulations governing data storage, onboarding new customers, and determining initial credit limits. The company will use Provenir Decisioning Cloud to analyze its existing customer agreements and amend limits as needed based on the customer’s payment history, as well as new plan applications.
