IN REVIEW CBRE’s Land Services Group started 2020 with optimism for the GTA development market with an eagerness to provide our clients with even better marketing services and strong market outcomes. It turned into an unexpected year for the real estate market due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year we realized the importance of teamwork cannot be underestimated. Having the right team players is essential to the success of a team, but it cannot be done without the resources CBRE offers as the best global real estate platform. We are grateful for the strength of CBRE’s national leadership when it came to COVID-19 safety guidelines for conducting property tours, returning to the office and helping to steer our clients through these new waters. Without management support and the entire CBRE family along with continued loyalty fromour clients, this year without a doubt would have been daunting. With determination, persistence and focusing on meeting our client’s needs first, our team was able to overcome the challenges of the pandemic which resulted in an extraordinarily strong year. On behalf of the Land Services Group, we want to give sincere thanks to our clients for continuing to trust our expertise and allowing us to represent them to the fullest extent of our capabilities.
