Preconstruc on Approach and Resources
Preconstruc on begins with knocking down barriers and working as a team to assist in designing the best product available while at the same me lowering costs.
Tri-City will employ proven preconstruc on teams to achieve op mal results. To achieve these results, we must be ac vely engaged in the project during both the preconstruc on and construc on phases.
◊ The Pre-Construc on Lead provides up to date real informa on on how key decisions and inputs affect budgets. Our goal with design assist projects is to help the design team understand these impacts and how, collec vely as a team, we can ensure we are pu ng the best product out there at the best possible price. ◊ The BIM Lead and this teamwork alongside the design team, pre-construc on, and field teams work together to iden fy problema c areas and provide solu ons. We pride ourselves on working through complicated issues using 3D modeling to confirm solu ons work and keep the project on schedule. This coordina on also provides detailed drawings for the field team and pre- fabrica on team to be able to build fast and accurately. ◊ The Field team assists our es ma ng team and the design team to apply learned field knowledge to design schema cs and ideas. This team also takes a hands-on approach when working with the Architects and Engineers. Together we can take a deep dive on key issues and resolve items that may hinder the project later on. ◊ The Opera onal Lead provides leadership and guidance u lizing the knowledge gained over many years of experience.
