Working in the Orlando market for over 50 years, Tri-City has collaborated with our partners on many design assist projects including: Star Wars (IPD), Toy Story, Epic Universe Project 902 and Project 905, Mama Mia Pizzeria, Disney Laundry Facility, the W Hotel (Marrio ), Disney Springs (IPD), Grand Floridian, Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital, Florida Hospital Memorial, Gaylord Palms Resort, Solaire (mixed use), The Plaza, and Disney Project 89 River Country. Together we provide knowledge and input on value analysis, constructability, project opera ons and management, scheduling, cost control, staging of material, safety awareness and best safe prac ces.
