Conrad Hotel & Evermore Flats at Grand Cypress

The property opened in 2024, and forms part of the 1,100 acre Evermore Orlando Resort – itself a rede- velopment of the exisng Villas at Grand Cypress complex. Conrad Orlando at Evermore will offer 433 rooms including 51 suites, as well as a spa, 40,000 square feet of meeng space, and “numerous dining opons including a signature rooop experience”. Guests will have access to a 20-acre tropical beach complex and “eight-acre crystalline water amenity”, which according to Hilton “incorporates unique, environmentally sustainable technology that uses up to 100 mes less chemicals and only 2 per cent of the energy used by convenonal swimming pool filtra- on systems”.

Gaylord Palms Resort and Convenon Center in Kissimmee, FL, revealed what is said to be the largest expansion in the hotel's history. Cosng $158 million, the project adds more than 100,000 square feet of meeng space and 306 guestrooms in the new Gulf Coast Tower. As a result of the expansion, which began in 2019 and opened in summer 2021, Gaylord Palms now has more than 500,000 square feet of meeng space and 1,718 guestrooms. Indoors, the new Coastal Ballroom has more than 30,000 square feet of space. It is complemented by an addional 30,000 square feet of breakout meeng rooms and 30,000 square feet of space for pre-funcon gatherings. The Coastal Ballroom also has color-changing LED lighng that can be programmed for any gathering or meeng theme. Lights in adjacent meeng rooms are designed to be equally flexible, and they can create a variety of looks.
