◊ Tri-City u lizes our quality control management program. Internal checklists are created to ensure everything is installed per contract requirements, BIM requirements, manufacturer requirements, field generated changes and the work is installed to our highest standards. The work is reviewed and signed off by an independent quality control manager who works in conjunc on with our field staff but reports to Project Management. The quality control manager also a ends scheduling mee ngs and works with the Superintendent to schedule inspec ons. This helps reduce the need for re- inspec ons and the loss of valuable me. ◊ By u lizing the Autodesk Build program, we can generate checklists, track assets, issues, reports and procurement logs. This informa on is then shared with the field team to make correc ons. This becomes a topic in the daily and weekly toolbox talks and is tracked by the Quality Control manager. ◊ When the scope of work requires an outside source, Tri- City will sub-contract with independent tes ng agencies to ensure the best quality product is ready for the end user.
