Mr. Bruce Haefner has been with Tri-City since 1998 and has over thirty-two years of experience in the industry. Bruce started with the company as an electrician and currently serves as our Preconstrucon Director of Arac- ons and Entertainment. Before his recent promoon, Bruce served our Commercial Division as a Senior Preconstrucon Manager for many years. Bruce has handled esmates in excess of $80 million including Design Build and Design Assist projects.

Bruce is responsible for the preconstrucon aspects of all projects that fall into the Aracons and Entertainment realm of construcon. He is responsi- ble for maintaining relaonships with many general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors— especially those surrounding the theme parks of Cen- tral Florida. With his many years of experse in the trade, Bruce offers an extensive amount of experience and networking while advising on projects in Aracons and Entertainment.
