SB FOUNDATION
The Scrutton Bland Foundation is a voluntary organisation which has been set up to coordinate our collective fundraising and volunteering efforts, for the benefit of the communities in which we live and work. The idea is that by each individual contributing a minimum of £2 per month, we can make more of a difference to a cause by acting together. All of the money raised through the Foundation goes directly to a relevant community or charitable cause. All decisions about how funds are applied and how our voluntary time is used are made by the members of the Foundation. Members have the opportunity to participate in the direction of The Foundation’s activities by:
VOLUNTEERING DAY
In addition to our other benefits, everyone is granted one “volunteering day” per year, during normal working hours. You will need to ask for approval from your line manager before committing and then log the day off on Employment Hero.

voting on Members’ proposals to decide how The Foundation’s funds and time should be spent
volunteering for The Foundation’s chosen beneficiaries
