CYCLE TO WORK
If you are lucky enough to live close enough to one of our offices and would like to cycle not work, you may be interested in joining our Cycle to Work scheme. The Cycle to Work scheme is designed to help you save money on a new bike and spread the cost of the bike over tax-free monthly instalments by signing up to a hire agreement scheme with Cyclescheme. You can choose a bike (and safety equipment) up to the value of £3,000 (the minimum value is £100). The scheme has over 2000 cycle retailers and you can shop in- store or online.
GYM MEMBERSHIP
Through the Gymflex Scheme, there’s a choice of gyms around the country that you can get a discount for. There are varying degrees of discount, depending on the gym you are interested in joining. This benefit can save you up to 40% on the usual cost of gym membership for you and your partner, and you may even be able to transfer over to the GymFlex rate if you are already a member of another gym. Taking annual leave is something we all look forward to. So, if you find yourself in need of some additional time off, for a big holiday or to celebrate your wedding, you can purchase up to five additional days leave each year through our Purchase Leave Plan. Please note if you are a part-time employee you can purchase the equivalent of the days you work per week. You can buy holiday once a year as part of our benefits window opening, with the cost being taken from your pay every month.
