From the seamless airport pickup, the efficient check-in process, and the attentive concierge services to the impeccable hospitality at the Horizon Club, the support provided with meeting arrangements, the indulgence at the Chi Spa, and the thoughtful care taken to ensure my room allowed for optimal rest —the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable. All these elements came together to make me feel completely at home. Hakan, you have an exceptional team. From Archel Dumasal, to Kopila Rai and her outstanding team at the Horizon Club to Abdullah and his team at the Chi Spa—and so many other outstanding team members—each of them embodies the essence of true hospitality.
