The hands-on training gave our students the chance to step into the world of aviation with practical exercises including live fire safety drills, evacuation slide procedures, smoke-filled cabin searches, and emergency landing and evacuation protocols. Each one of our students walked away with an officially recognised certificate, real-world insight, and a renewed sense of confidence in pursuing a career in the airline industry. Professional planned training experience. SkyPeople representatives are welcoming and encourage all students to participate, staff have a great way of getting the best from the students. We always look forward to attending the training days as we feel the students ex- perience real world training simulations in a relaxed manner that allows them to practice their new learned skills before they venture into the world of employment. The timetable for the day is well thought out to give all students enough time on each facility. Facili- ties are excellent. The variety of aircraft doors allow the students to experience different airlines cabin doors and gives them an expectation of what they will be working with in future careers. The cabin is fantastic and realistic for practical drills. The addition of the fire fighting over the last couple of years has given another dimension to the training. Newcastle College Everything about our 2 days at EDM was amazing. The experienced and friendly instruc- tors and first class facilities, made our visit most enjoyable and memorable for our stu- dents. We can’t wait to return. The experience covered many different aspects of cabin crew training, which allowed the students to experience first hand some of the aspects which would be part of an actual airline training course. All instructors were very patient and welcoming to our students. We have been very lucky to have had Ian for two years, who is just fantastic. Vicky who instructed our wet drills made this experience very easy for our learners. I would also like to thank Mike for coordinating our experience and ensuring our visit was excellent and Helen makes everything very easy with the booking process. A huge thank you to all the staff.
