Welcome
Thank you for your interest in our 31st year. It means more to us than we can express. As you may have seen or heard, we dispersed our younger group of cows. By no means are we getting out of raising Red Angus bulls for you, our customers. We merely cut our herd size down and, in doing so, we are using our new genetics that have a more interest- ing and diverse genetic package for you, our customers. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about the new genetics or would just like to visit about our bulls we are offering. You are also more than welcome to stop by the ranch and take a look for yourself! Now a little bit about the family! Kyah, our youngest, turned 9 in September, and is in 3rd grade. She loves going to school to hang out with her friends, but she is excited for the school year to end. She is currently on the 3rd grade girl’s traveling basketball team and is excited to get to play sports when she is older. Brock, our youngest boy, will turn 12 in July and he is a 5th grader. Brock likes to stay home more than go to school and is an avid help with feeding and other work around the farm. Brock played football this past fall, and he enjoyed it as well! Hudson, our oldest boy, is an 8th grader this year, although he is the height of a senior! Hudson helps around the farm a lot, but he likes to get off it as much as he can! He en- joys going ice fishing, driving around or going to games in town. He was also in football this past fall and is currently in livestock judging with his oldest sister, Elodie! Reagen is the second oldest and she is currently a sophomore. She enjoys hanging out with friends and driving around town. She is in FCCLA, where she participated in District Leadership. Finally, Elodie is the oldest, and she is a senior. She plans to attend South Dakota State

University this fall for a major in animal science with pre-veterinary medicine emphasis. Dear Friends and Cattlemen, Welcome to the annual Huber EY Red Angus production sale. We first want to take the time to thank past buyers for supporting our program. The people in our corner make this possible and worth our time. Here at Huber EY Red Angus, we are proud and grateful to be part of the small percentage of producers dedicated to supplying the food and fiber that sustains our country. Our goal has remained the same: be deliberate in our cull process and offer the highest end to our customers. We strive to make practical cattle, built to operate in real world conditions. We focus on a balance of structural soundness, carcass merit, performance and fertility. Our family stands behind every hide that sports the EY brand. We have been feeding the bulls here at the ranch since weaning time. Their diet consists of a TMR mixture of hay barley, hay, silage, DDGs, corn and a mineral supplement. Our nutrition goal is to develop these bulls responsibly; we want them to be able to work for our customers and last. The bulls have been 50K tested, ultrasounded and have passed their first semen exam conducted by Dr. Galbreath in Edgeley. They have also received a foot rot shot and a pre- breeding shot.
Alongside our registered herd, we run a commercial cow herd and farm. We would not be able to undertake it all without the help of our workforce. We want to thank Joe, Garrett and our family for everything they do. Though the work can be challenging, there’s nothing more rewarding than building a future alongside the next generation. Sale Information
Breeding Guarantee: Kuhn’s Red Angus and Huber EY Red Angus guarantee to provide you with a sound breeding bull capable of passing a semen test at 14 months of age. If a problem arises, the seller must be notified before Sept. 1, 2026. After notification of issue, seller has 90 days to make an adjustment of said problem. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the bull to the seller at the buyer’s expense. If the bull is declared unsatisfactory, buyer will be provided with a bull of equal value or credit given towards the purchase of another bull, seller’s choice. At no time will seller be responsible for more than the purchase price of animal. Kuhn’s Red Angus and Huber EY Red Angus will do everything possible to make any problem that arises, satisfactory to buyer.
