Breeding Guarantee: Kuhn’s Red Angus and Huber EY Red Angus guarantee to provide you with a sound breeding bull capable of passing a semen test at 14 months of age. If a problem arises, the seller must be notified before Sept. 1, 2026. After notification of issue, seller has 90 days to make an adjustment of said problem. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the bull to the seller at the buyer’s expense. If the bull is declared unsatisfactory, buyer will be provided with a bull of equal value or credit given towards the purchase of another bull, seller’s choice. At no time will seller be responsible for more than the purchase price of animal. Kuhn’s Red Angus and Huber EY Red Angus will do everything possible to make any problem that arises, satisfactory to buyer. Kuhn’s Red Angus and Huber EY Red Angus strongly encourage taking insurance on your purchases.
