NOTE: Students who have dropped or withdrawn from class will NOT appear on the list. If there is a student missing that you feel is in error, please contact the Records Office immediately at (240) 500-2239. a. For Final grades, your options are A, B, C, D, and F. You do not have the option of entering a W (Withdrawal) , AU (Audit) or I (Incomplete) grade. b. To assign an Incomplete ( I grade), you will need to submit the Incomplete form to the Records Office with all required signatures prior to the grading deadline. The form is available on Passport and can be sent to the student with the following link: https://forms.hagerstowncc.edu/iFiller/iFiller.jsp?fref=409aba68-8c2e-4dbf-bba1- 894a6f2ce2f5. You will skip grading the student, as the Records Office will manually enter the grade upon receipt of the Incomplete form. c. If a student is auditing a class, zero credits will appear for them. You will skip over grading those students, as the Records Office will manually enter an Audit (AU) grade. d. If a course is cross-listed with other sections of a class, all the students will appear on the roster together. This will allow for easier grading, as you will only need to assign the grades once. e. You will not enter anything into the Expiration Date field. If you enter an expiration date for a grade, you will receive an error message; prompting you to clear it before you can submit your grades. f. If a student is issued an F grade, you will need to enter the associated date the student last attended the course in the Last Date Attended field. If a student never attended the course, please check the Never Attended field. 9. Please note: There is not a Submit button. The grades you select will automatically save. You may double check that your grades saved by selecting Overview under Grading.
