• Assist Division Director with supervision; • Represent the program at statewide/local meetings; • Act as liaison to update faculty across other divisions for program changes/requirements; • Contribute to planning Career Day; • Participate in internship coordination; • Mediate disputes between faculty and students; • Complete program outcomes guide (POG) utilizing assessment data reported by lead faculty; • Collaborate with Division Director/Lead faculty as needed to complete the comprehensive POG; • Review and update curriculum map as needed; and • Update Master Syllabi only if needed. Program Coordinator Compensation Program Coordinator compensation is determined by data that is collected during a calendar year (Jan – Dec). However, compensation is received during the following academic year. Program coordinator compensation is paid in one credit increments. A formula is used to determine the number of points earned during the calendar year. The points are equated to credits based on the following chart: Total Points Credits Earned 0 0 1-5 1 6-10 2 11-15 3 16-20 4 21-25 5 26-30 6 31-35 7 36-40 8 41-45 9 Program Coordinator Indicators The formula for determining points includes many indicators that represent the amount of work required to fulfill program coordinator responsibilities. The data for the indicators are collected by Information Technology, Academic Officers, and/or Office of Academic Affairs. Indicator Description Responsible for the Data? 1.
