Abstract: This study analyses the structure of media discourses in Arabic-language international news websites that covered the Israeli war on Gaza in May 2021, in order to uncover the editorial strategies and persuasive techniques in media content. The research community for this study consists of France24, Russia Today, Sky News Arabia, and Al Jazeera Net, with a total of 451 media articles in the purposive sample. The study is classified as descriptive-analytical research, employing the survey method in addition to the content analysis tool to dissect the structure of media discourses in the studied sample. The theoretical framework of the study is based on the framing theory in analysing the media frames regarding the topics related to the event during the period of the war. Ultimately, the study finds that the news websites representing the research community adopted a media discourse that aligned with their editorial policy as well as the general stance of the countries hosting them, and reflected the foreign policy choices of countries concerned with the Palestinian cause and the Israeli war on Gaza. Keywords: Media Coverage, News Websites, News Framing, Media Strategies, Palestinian-IsraeliConflict.
