HST Fees in this guide are subject to HST. Note that HST does not apply to programs for children 14 years of age and under (excluding rentals). Wait Listing Every effort will be made to create a spot for you in a session. You will be contacted ONLY if a spot has been created. Cancellations We reserve the right to change or cancel programs if necessary. In the event of inclement weather, listen to Easy101.3 or check www.tillsonburg.ca for updates. There may also be times when the pool has to be shut down due to unforeseen circumstances. At these times, a free family swim pass will be provided. Transfer Requests Class transfer must occur prior to the third class and will be based on class availability. After the third class, transfers will only be allowed at a Program Coordinator’s discretion. Credit Procedure If your plans change and you need to withdraw from a class, pro-rated credit will be given to you if you notify us prior to the third class. Credits will remain on account for up to 2 years, after which time they expire. Returned NSF Cheques / Credit Cards Payments made by cheque which are not accepted by the bank must be replaced with a cash payment. A $35.00 administrative fee will be charged. Customers using credit cards for scheduled payments must ensure that expiry dates are accurate. Payments that are rejected will cause the membership or program to be cancelled. Family Discounts Each additional child receives a 30% discount on qualifying programs. Online users must call 519.688.9011 to receive the discount.
