A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormality. 13/02/2021 Flemington Held up for clear running from the 500m until approaching the 300m. 13/02/2021 Flemington Began awkwardly, shifted out and was steadied off heels. 13/02/2021 Flemington When questioned, rider Ethan Brown advised he was instructed to ride the colt with cover and after having travelled a short distance from the wide barrier realised he would have to ease the gelding back in the field or be obliged to race wide throughout 13/02/2021 Flemington Began awkwardly. Raced wide from the 600m after steadying out off heels. 06/02/2021 Caulfield Unbalanced at the start when bumped. Taken out off its course at the 350m. Approaching the finishing line raced in restricted room. 13/02/2021 Flemington Shifted in abruptly at the start before being straightened. Rider Mark Zahra reported the colt did not appreciate racing in restricted room. A post race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Rdr reported mnt stood squarely in the gates prior to the start, however when the start was effected it bounded in the air and lost ground as a result. Added he rode mnt aggressively in an endeavour to secure a prominent position, however the speed in the early stages was genuine and he was unable to position mnt as prominently as he would have liked.
