GHP Office Realty acquires 56,000 s/f flex office building in Armonk, NY

ARMONK, NY — GHP Of- fice Realty, LLC has ac- quired 28 Kaysal Court in Armonk, in an off-market sale. The property is comprised of a 56,000 s/f flex building, on- site back-up generator, two loading docks, and close to 200 parking spaces. The property is currently 81% leased to six tenants. GHP has plans to renovate the loading dock area to create a more modern façade as well as upgrade some mechanics within the building for more efficiency. GHP Office is the current owner and operator of Taxter Corporate Park at 555-565 Taxter Rd., which is a two- building 371,224 s/f complex in Elmsford and 115-117 Ste- vens Ave., which is a 182,630 s/f two-building complex in Valhalla. 

Richard Thalhimer FCP acquires Portofino Apts. in Atlanta, GA for $19 million CHEVY CHASE, MD — FCP announced the $19 mil- lion acquisition of Portofino Apartments, a 234-unit garden apartment community at 1250 Brockett Rd. in the Atlanta, GA suburb. The acquisition marks FCP’s 6th investment in the Atlanta area this year, bringing the firm’s Atlanta portfolio to 2,164 units. FCP assumed an existing Fannie Mae loan as part of the trans- action. “Portofino Apts. are located in an improving submarket with excellent access to ma- jor transportation corridors,” said FCP VP, Alex Cath- cart . “Portofino adds to FCP’s growing portfolio of workforce housing communities, provid- ing residents with one of the most affordable options in the Atlanta area.” Pinnacle Management , currently man- aging 18 communities for FCP throughout the Southeast, will manage the property, which is located 15 minutes from recent FCP investments, Estuary and Mirador at Peachtree. 
