Mem- bers of the development team, local and state officials cel- ebrated the completion of the first building in this $60 mil- lion master-planned class A business park with an official ribbon cutting ceremony. As a future home to integrated business – companies requir- ing R&D, pharma, or high-tech manufacturing, this exciting development offers enormous economic development and job creation potential for the region. On hand was Robert Brink , president of Pennridge De- velopment Enterprises and guests Pennsylvania Senator Steve Santarsiero , Penn- sylvania State Representa- tive Craig Staats , Aliyah Stanger of the PA Depart- ment of Community and Economic Development and Perkasie Borough manager Andrea Coaxum . “Building 1 of the Pennridge Airport Business Park is the culmination of many years of hard work and could not have been achieved without the sup- port of individuals from Per- kasie Borough and the State of Pennsylvania. ARLINGTON, VA — Skan- ska announced that it has acquired the development site for 3901 North Fairfax Dr. in Arlington, from an investment affiliate of Bernstein Man- agement Corporation . This acquisition is significant as the site represents one of the last ground-up, Metro-accessible development opportunities along the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. Once completed, 3901 North Fairfax will be a nine-story, 201,000 s/f office building with 184,036 s/f of office space and 10,280 s/f of ground-floor re- tail. Designed by CallisonRT- KL and targeting LEED Gold certification, the free-standing building inhabiting a full block will feature floor-to-ceiling windows on all four sides, which will welcome ample natural light and unobstructed views into the office spaces.

She will be involved in property management, as well as offering clerical support to the advisor’s and their teams. Bennett brings her knowl- edge and expertise from 20+ years in accounting to SVN. She has been tasked with handling the day to day ac- counting needs of the property management division includ- ing accounts receivable and payable. 

All Hands and Hearts is the world’s leading volunteer, disaster relief organization. Over the last 10 years they have enabled 35,000 volunteers to donate 175,000 days to work alongside local residents and partners to restore and trans- form communities. Middleburg ¡Mas! is an em- ployee driven initiated that was created and developed as part of the company’s 2018 confer- ence. Employees were asked to brainstorm ideas that would connect Middleburg’s values on a larger scale and ¡Mas! was born. The program is viewed as a way to outreach, volunteer, and become more invested in local Hispanic communities. 
