RD Management LLC an- nounced it has signed leases with Pacific Dental Services, a national dental office company with more than 600 practices, and CycleBar, an indoor cycling studio that has Massachusetts locations in Somerville and Wellesley and two others in the Providence area. Those two will join anchors Stop & Shop, HomeGoods and T.J.Maxx, along with Star- bucks, Chipotle, Pet Supplies Plus and others. Two others are slated to open this fall: the salon Hair Cuttery, and the barbecue restaurant Red Heat Tavern. The nearly 160,000 s/f plaza opened last fall after a $20-mil- lion renovation to what was a nearly vacant plaza on Mil- ford’s Rte. 109 after Kmart, the steakhouse Bugaboo Creek and World Gym left in less than a two-year span starting in 2014. RD Management also owns Twin City Plaza on the Fitch- burg-Leominster line, as well as plazas in Billerica and Lowell. 
