The hotel’s architecture draws inspiration from the stunning natural surroundings, allowing guests to enjoy a seamless connection to Galilean nature even from their rooms. Each room is crafted using natural and recycled materials, enhancing the unique experience— featuring recycled teak wood aged around 200 years, repurposed soap bottles, cardboard water bottles, linen curtains, and mineral plaster, all while avoiding plastic. Each room provides a distinct experience based on its view and is equipped with modern

amenities, including a smart TV, minibar, coffee maker, complimentary Wi-Fi, and natural toiletries sourced from Canaan House. A Culinary Journey Through the Galilee The restaurant at the Canaan Hotel offers a culinary adventure that highlights local produce. The menu is inspired by traditional local cuisine, infused with influences from some of the world’s top culinary traditions.
