1. Within two (2) weeks of completing the appropriate English Language proficiency assessment, the site administrator or designee will notify the English Learner student’s parent/guardian, in writing, of the initial assessment results and program options. 2. Upon receipt of the official assessment results from the testing service, the administrator or designee will notify the English Learner student’s parent/guardian, in writing, of the official Annual testing results and program placement. a.
