(SBAC and Summative ELPAC); implements beginning of the year assessments; and allows teachers to observe student progress in the new school year. 2. WINTER: [January - February] This time frame allows schools to receive and implement middle of the year assessments; review and analyze new data; opportunities to monitor student’s current progress (including trimester and semester assessments). Central Office Responsibilities • Download reclassification reports from the district Student Data System, at each of the two-time periods. • Start a Reclassification Profile form for each eligible student by inserting available electronic information into ELLevation. • Send the Reclassification Profile forms to the school sites to be completed using ELLevation. • Receive the completed forms from the school sites. • Approve and sign each student’s Reclassification Profile form. • Send a final copy with district signature to the school site. • SSTs are responsible for changing the students’ classification from EL to R -FEP in Aeries. • File district copies of Reclassification Profile forms in the students’ EL folder School Responsibilities • The teacher will complete the “Teacher Input for Reclassification form” in the EL data system. • EL Contact will open and perform meetings in the “Student Meeting Report”. • Notify parents. • File the original Reclassification form (Student Meeting Report) with signatures in the student’s EL Folder/CUM.
