The IN4 Group Impact Report: 25-26

“I’ve learned so much. It’s really opened my eyes, and my business needs a lot of upskilling in this area if we are going to stay ahead of the curve. Moving forward, we’ll probably use AI for live chatbots, to scour our data, and to make sure we are secure. Some of the tools we can use to protect our data have been phenomenal, and bringing in someone to build bespoke AI to do whatever we want will help us streamline and become more effective.” Lisa Sourbutts Managing Director of Cube HR

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Delivered by IN4 Group on behalf of Burnley Council, the Modern Worker for the Modern Workplace (MWMW) programme was designed to respond to local skills needs by helping employers upskill their workforce to apply AI and Data technology across their business to improve productivity and profitability and develop the workplace capabilities required to adapt and thrive in a changing economy.

“It’s given us a greater insight into what AI, platforms and tools can do individually for us. We want to engage and utilise these AI technologies to become leaner and more efficient, streamline our reporting platforms, and link our systems together to give us insights into how the business is currently performing and what we can do in the future. It also gives us a competitive edge.” Nadeem Memon Group Financial Officer at Panaz

Delivered in partnership with employers, community organisations, and IN4 specialists, the six-week programme provided an accessible, practical, business‑focused solution. By working directly with

businesses, the programme aimed to enable employers to apply AI and Data technology across functions, build workforce capability, and deliver measurable gains in productivity, performance, and profitability at scale.
