Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is one of IN4 Group’s principal programme delivery regions, covering the six local authorities of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral. The region contains some of England’s highest concentrations of neighbourhoods within the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) Deciles 1 and 2, particularly across Liverpool, Knowsley, St Helens, Bootle and Birkenhead. Delivering programmes across the Liverpool City Region enables IN4 Group to target digital skills, employment, AI innovation and inclusive growth initiatives in communities facing the greatest barriers to opportunity, creating measurable social value outcomes aligned to regional priorities.
