Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority (CWCA) is one of IN4 Group’s key programme delivery regions, covering the three local authorities of Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, and Warrington. The region combines major towns, rural communities and nationally significant employment hubs in advanced manufacturing, life sciences and digital industries. It also contains communities experiencing significant deprivation, particularly in parts of Crewe, Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Warrington, making it an important geography for targeted skills, employment and inclusive growth programmes.
