IN4 Group delivers programmes across the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), covering the seven constituent local authorities of Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton. Together these authorities represent a population of almost 3 million people and include some of England’s largest concentrations of neighbourhoods within the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) Deciles 1 and 2.
