The IN4 Group Impact Report: 25-26

EMBEDDING THE FUTURE SOCIAL VALUE MODEL

IN4 Group’s strategic priorities for 2026–27 are to build on the proven strengths demonstrated through PPN 001 and PPN 002 while embedding the requirements of the new PPN 026 Social Value Model into future programme design, delivery and impact measurement.

This evolution reflects both the changing expectations of public procurement and IN4 Group’s commitment to creating inclusive pathways into high-quality employment across the UK’s digital, AI and creative economy.

• Co-designing programmes with employers, communities and learners, responding directly to regional skills shortages and future workforce demand • Strengthening progression into sustainable employment,

with greater emphasis on apprenticeships, work placements, career progression and long-term employment outcomes

The strategy focuses on four key priorities:

• Expanding opportunities for SMEs and VCSEs throughout programme delivery and supply chains, strengthening local economic participation and innovation • Targeting people and places facing barriers to opportunity, ensuring programmes continue to reach under- represented communities and areas of greatest need

LOOKING AHEAD FUTURE STRATEGY ALIGNMENT WITH PPN 026

Future monitoring and evaluation will also evolve to reflect PPN 026 priorities, placing increased emphasis on sustained job outcomes, fair working conditions, pay progression, workplace adaptations, apprenticeships, employer engagement and evidence of addressing validated skills shortages.
