Through a portfolio of industry-led digital, technology and creative programmes, IN4 Group equips individuals with the skills, confidence and employer connections needed to access sustainable employment and career progression.

IN4 Group’s programmes provide clear evidence of delivering against PPN 001 and multiple PPN 002 missions, with the greatest impact achieved through inclusive economic growth, skills development and reducing barriers to opportunity.
The portfolio prioritises support for people facing barriers to employment and progression, providing inclusive pathways into high-growth sectors through accredited training, employer engagement, mentoring and work-based opportunities. This approach helps widen participation, improve social mobility and create routes into digital careers for under-represented and disadvantaged communities.
IN4 Group also contributes to the Community Cohesion mission through place-based delivery, youth engagement, opportunities for under-represented and disadvantaged groups, community partnerships and collaboration with regional stakeholders across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Liverpool City Region, London and the West Midlands.
